How the ring works

At the close the weights are fixed. The week's USDC is spent across the names in those exact proportions. Nothing is sold. The basket only grows.

One token, one basket. The Official List is wiped and rewritten in chalk after every fixing, so the price is never a fact, only an agreement renewed.
